RETREATS

RETREATS

Each of us manages companies daily, makes complex decisions, and takes responsibility for teams and results. But during the retreat, the focus shifts inward — to our self-perception and the core meanings of our lives.

True leadership begins with a deep understanding of self.

A format where it is no longer easy for business leaders to hide behind familiar roles — conversations that go beyond professional identity into territory rarely explored in everyday business life.

AT THE RETREATS, WE EXPLORE FUNDAMENTAL QUESTIONS:

  • Who is a person if all social roles are removed?
  • What truly motivates us to live and create?
  • What meanings give life depth and significance?

To lead others, one must first learn to lead oneself. To inspire others, one must find the source of meaning within. When a person reflects on fundamental questions, their worldview gradually crystallizes, and with it, their decisions, priorities, and way of life begin to change.

That is why in recent years this format has become a space of trust, support, and meaningful personal insights for business leaders both in Ukraine and around the world.

A bespoke philosophical retreat for business leaders. Strictly by invitation for Founders & Owners, featuring an intimate circle of 20 top leaders.

The retreat consists of two complementary parts:

I. Core Meanings — Philosophical Dialogue (2 days)Tackling the questions we usually save for "later": who am I, what are my beliefs, what are my fears, what is truly important to me, and what is my legacy? Surrounded by fellow owners and leaders, we talk about freedom and choice, love and fear, death and legacy, happiness and responsibility — honestly, with no egos or masks.

II. Inner State — Attention & Presence Practices (1 day)Making sure these insights don't just stay on an intellectual level. Through breathwork, somatic practices, and mindfulness, we move from understanding to experiencing. We build the internal state that generates clear decisions, focus, and peace of mind.

Reviews

Readers’ experiences with a book that changes their mindset and offers a fresh perspective on decisions.

Hi Serhii. What you opened up back then — the “inner workings” — wasn’t really about the book. It was about trust. Strong things don’t fall apart because of openness — they’re simply tested by it. And the fact that people went on to create their own clubs afterward means you were acting from the right place.

Your current search really resonates with me. Because the real question isn’t the format of a club, but the idea that small, trust-based environments with a shared code have, in different eras, become carriers of the future. Not scale, but depth of connection. Not structure, but the quality of the people within it.

Right now, it truly feels like these horizontal circles are becoming points of support. And if they hold not only shared interests but also ethics, philosophy, meaning, creativity, and inspiration in everything they do and live through — with a sense of responsibility — then it’s no longer just a club. It’s a field of strength.

I’m glad you’re exploring this. It feels like we’re looking in the same direction — just from different angles.
