Readers’ experiences with a book that changes their mindset and offers a fresh perspective on decisions.
In my daily life, everything moves at high velocity — scaling strategies, building EdTech ecosystems, AI technologies… We’re constantly designing the future, trying to make it efficient and meaningful. But last weekend, I allowed myself the luxury of pausing this race and looking not ahead, but within.
Three days with CEO Club Ukraine (and part of the Global community), at the invitation of Serhii Haidaichuk, became for me a kind of laboratory of meaning and high-quality communication.
We often identify ourselves with our roles: founder, leader, expert, parent. But what remains when we strip away these social masks? In a philosophical circle, surrounded by deep and sincere people, I found myself again searching for answers to the questions that business plans and strategy sessions simply can’t reach.
We spoke about the fire within — a kind of faith and self-awareness that becomes a source of strength in the darkest times. About identity as something far greater than a list of achievements. About the importance of not just “functioning,” but living life as a conscious choice. And also — about death, and what comes after.
For me, as someone long drawn to psychology and the exploration of the Shadow (a journey that began with Shadow work with Inessa Golubova), these conversations became a mirror. I saw new facets of myself and others, felt both strength and vulnerability at once, and touched something deeper in my own search for truth.
What I value most is what stayed with me afterward — a sense of quiet reflection and calm. That inner, luminous energy from which not just new ideas, but new meanings are born. And why don’t we teach this to children in schools?
Thank you to everyone who was part of this intellectual and soulful space. Meaning gives us the impulse to act. Faith gives us the strength to continue. And a values-driven community creates new ideas and energy.
