1. General Provisions

By placing an order on the Website, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The official language of this Agreement is Ukrainian.

The following products are available for purchase on the Website:

• Printed book The Club: The Art of Uniting;
• E-book The Club: The Art of Uniting in PDF and EPUB formats;
• Audiobook The Club: The Art of Uniting in MP3 and/or AAC format.

All products are available without age restrictions.

4. Order Placement and Payment

Orders are placed through the Website: www.s-haidaichuk.com.

Payments are accepted exclusively online via the WayForPay payment service.

Once the payment has been successfully completed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

All information regarding the order, payment confirmation, and access to digital products (where applicable) will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

5. Delivery

E-book

Upon successful payment, the Customer will automatically receive an email containing a download link for the E-book The Club: The Art of Uniting in PDF and/or EPUB format.

The download link remains valid indefinitely.

If the Customer loses the email containing the download link, they may contact Customer Support at info@s-haidaichuk.com or by phone at +380 73 136 77 88 to regain access to the E-book.

Audiobook

Upon successful payment, the Customer will automatically receive an email containing a download link for the Audiobook The Club: The Art of Uniting in MP3 and/or AAC format.

The download link remains valid indefinitely.

If the Customer loses the email containing the download link, they may contact Customer Support at info@s-haidaichuk.com or by phone at +380 73 136 77 88 to regain access to the Audiobook.

Printed Book

The printed book will be shipped within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the Customer will receive shipping information via email and/or a messaging application linked to the phone number provided during checkout.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta.

International shipping is available upon prior arrangement with the Seller’s manager. Shipping costs and delivery times are determined individually depending on the destination country.

6. Refund Policy 

Printed Book

The Customer may request the return or exchange of the printed book in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

Returns are accepted provided that the book remains unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

If the printed book is received with printing defects or damage caused during delivery, the Customer may contact the Seller to arrange a replacement or refund.

E-book

The E-book is a digital product.

Once access to the E-book has been provided, refunds are not available, as the digital product is deemed to have been delivered in full.

Audiobook

The Audiobook is a digital product.

Once access to the Audiobook has been provided, refunds are not available, as the digital product is deemed to have been delivered in full.

7. Intellectual Property 

All materials published on the Website, including texts, design elements, graphics, electronic publications, audio materials, and other content, are protected by intellectual property laws and the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

Any copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, or other use of the Website’s materials without the prior written consent of the copyright holder is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability 

The Seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to force majeure events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control that arise after an order has been placed.

The Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
